Can I find gluten free versions of desserts at your bakery?
Yes! We are a dedicated gluten free bakery. This means we are a Certified Gluten Free Facility and all of our breads and desserts are 100% gluten free. Whether you're craving fudge brownies, cookies, cakes, and more, our bakery ensures you won’t have to miss out on your favorite things.
What ingredients do you use in your gluten free baking?
We use a variety of Certified Gluten Free ingredients to ensure our desserts and breads are safe and delicious. Gluten free flours, such as sorghum, brown rice, oat flour, (including almond flour), and dark chocolate are some of the staples in our pantry. We also use natural sweeteners such as honey, organic applesauce, organic bananas, organic dates, and organic coconut sugar. Additionally, we only use organic plant-based colorants in our decorations.
How do you ensure the quality of your gluten free breads and desserts?
Our facility is a Certified Gluten Free Facility, and we use only the best ingredients (with 75% being certified organic). We carefully select 100% gluten free, dairy free, soy and GMO free ingredients and follow strict procedures to avoid cross-contamination, ensuring the highest quality and safety for our customers.
Are there any gluten free sweet treats for someone with a nut allergy?
While some of our gluten free desserts contain almonds or almond flour, and are clearly labeled, we also offer MANY nut-free options. We do not use any other nut in our facility other than almonds. Please check our labels or ask our staff to guide you to our nut-free treats, ensuring everyone can enjoy our delicious baked goods safely.
