Can I find gluten free versions of traditional desserts at your bakery?
Absolutely! We offer 100% gluten free versions of many traditional desserts. Whether you're craving fudge brownies, your favorite cookie, pies, cakes and more, our bakery ensures you won’t have to miss out on your favorite desserts.
What ingredients do you use in your gluten free baking?
We use a variety of Certified Gluten Free ingredients to ensure our desserts are safe and delicious. Gluten free flour, (including almond flour), and dark chocolate are some of the staples in our pantry. We also use natural sweeteners like honey, organic applesauce, organic bananas, dates, and organic coconut sugar, as well as organic plant-based colorants in our decorations.
Are there any gluten free sweet treats for someone with a nut allergy?
While some of our gluten free desserts contain almonds or almond flour, and are clearly labeled, we also offer many nut-free options. We do not use any other nut in our facility other than almonds. Please check our labels or ask our staff to guide you to our nut-free sweet treats, ensuring everyone can enjoy our delicious baked goods safely.
How do you ensure the quality of your gluten free desserts?
Our facility is a Certified Gluten Free Facility, and we use only the best ingredients (with 75% being certified organic). We carefully select 100% gluten free, dairy free, soy and GMO free ingredients and follow strict procedures to avoid cross-contamination, ensuring the highest quality and safety for our customers.
